Fla. attorney general says his e-mails aren't spam

This is not spam. This is truthful, it's straight forward. We're honest. To be spam it has to be, under Florida law, defined as being deceptive.

Let's be realistic here. You're a politician. You're probably not lying, but you certainly aren't being straight-forward either.
